Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer to maintain security at facilities in Savannah & Brunswick, GA. The role enforces access control, observes and reports violations, and supports core values of flexibility, improvement, reliability, safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include patrolling, documenting DARs, controlling access, handling emergencies, and operating CCTV and other systems, with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Previous security/military/law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (preferred).
• Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in interactions.
• Initiative and sound judgement in evaluating situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read/comprehend detailed instructions and communicate effectively (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Document security activity with DARs and incident reports.
• Control vehicle and personnel access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
• Operate equipment (CCTV systems, scales, computer systems) as needed.
• Help drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Enforce Sizemore’s and client policies and procedures.
