GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Security Flex Officer to handle day, swing, and grave shifts across Silicon Valley sites in California.

You will support security duties, patrol, access control, and rapid incident response while delivering customer service and adherence to post orders. A valid security license, BSIS trainings, and a HS diploma or GED are required, with weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• State security license and BSIS trainings required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. must be documented.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• 21 years of age preferred.
• Active driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness.
• Military or law enforcement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Qualifications for a Security Flex Officer - Day / Swing / Grave Shift

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Preferably has some security experience
• Preferably is 21 years of age
• Preferably has an active driver's license
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
