Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Identity Badge Resolution in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers flexible hours with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform; the pay rate is $18.25 per hour.

The position requires a six-month anchor shift commitment and provides the chance to grow into a fuller schedule up to 40 hours per week if desired.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and follow site entry and exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue or collect visitor credentials, and report access-related discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, warehouse operations, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Identity Badge Resolution in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and follow site entry and exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue or collect visitor credentials as directed, and report access-related discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, warehouse operations, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
