Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, providing flexible hours and potential for income growth.

Pay rate is $18.74 per hour. Responsibilities include access control, visitor management, incident response, and regular site patrols at a food and beverage production location.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.

• Observe vehicle, delivery, and personnel traffic; report irregularities and unauthorized entry attempts.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Platform Operator in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, access‑control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor entry, maintaining required logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle, delivery, and personnel traffic in accordance with site procedures; report irregularities, damaged access points, and unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, promptly notifying site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security‑related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
