Responsibilities include conducting patrols, reporting hazards, following client instructions, and timely documentation. The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
