Job summary

SkySlope, Inc. is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to design and lead SkySlope’s security engineering program.

This player-coach role requires hands-on technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration to build a modern security capability across the organization. You will hire and grow the security team while driving AI-enabled security initiatives, partnering with executives and engineering teams to reduce risk and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Strong senior/staff-level background in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering; hands-on technical background.
• Experience designing and driving a security program from ambiguity to delivery.
• Working depth in modern cloud security practice: AWS, GCP, Azure; IAM, credentials, secrets, secure SDLC, detection/logging.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of growing engineers.
• Clear communicator with executives and engineers.
