Qualifications

• 5+ years building and leading security teams in a fast-growth environment.
• Proven ability to implement security frameworks from scratch (SOC2 / ISO27001).
• Strong written and verbal communication for policy and proposal writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a security team, prioritizing initiatives for impact.
• Integrate security tooling across dev, infra, and apps; partner with IT, legal, and compliance.
• Develop data-driven security strategies with OKRs and KPIs; advocate priorities in planning.
