Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering or software development
• Experience building internal tools or workflow automation
• Expertise in IAM technologies: OAuth2.0, SAML, ABAC, RBAC, PBAC, OPA

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of security engineers
• Be accountable for decisions influencing resources, budget, and processes
• Drives AI capabilities adoption with human-in-the-loop validation
• Ensures collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Identifies and mitigates issues to execute a book of work
• Provides input to leadership on budget, approach, and tech considerations
• Establishes standards for AI-assisted workflows with traceability and auditability
• Reviews AI-assisted security recommendations before adoption
• Leads development of internal tools and automation
• Expertise in enterprise IAM technologies
• Lead security engineering in agile, CI/CD, resilience, and service ownership
• Experience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testing
