Town.com, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Security Engineer to own security end to end for the Town assistant and agent actions across email, calendar, docs, Slack, and CRM.

You will model threats, secure data pipelines, and harden cloud infrastructure while building a scalable secure development lifecycle. This in-person role emphasizes real-time risk assessment and rapid, safe iterations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in security engineering with depth in application or infrastructure security.
• Ability to read and write production code and fix problems.
• Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS handling sensitive data at scale.
• Proficient in cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and encryption.

Responsabilités

• Own security across the Town assistant and agent action surfaces.
• Model threats from input to action and implement guardrails.
• Secure data pipelines: encryption, isolation, access controls, secrets.
• Harden cloud infrastructure and third-party OAuth integrations.
• Develop and scale secure development lifecycle practices.
• Lead incident response: detection, triage, postmortems.
• Collaborate with engineering to make security the easy path.
