Fintech Brand in Tampa, FL is seeking a Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. You will bridge technical security operations with product development and customer-facing initiatives to protect payment processing infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on security engineering, threat detection, vulnerability management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams to articulate security value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years in information security, security operations, or security engineering.
• Hands-on with SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security events and alerts across enterprise infrastructure and payment systems.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, coordinating with IT and Dev teams.
• Design security controls for payment processing infrastructure and APIs.
• Support compliance efforts including audits and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security features.
