The Talent Source Inc is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed leader in the protein and nutrition space to identify an experienced IT/OT Security Engineer & Incident Response Lead to help strengthen security across its corporate, cloud and manufacturing environments.

Qualificações

• Manufacturing/industrial cybersecurity experience required.
• OT network segmentation and secure remote access knowledge.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA environments and ISA/IEC 62443 fundamentals.
• Incident Response leadership and hands-on security expertise.
• EDR and vulnerability management proficiency.
• Microsoft cloud and identity security experience.
• Ability to work with managed SOC/MSP partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business-hours Incident Response, coordinating containment, remediation and recovery across IT and OT environments.
• Administer and optimize EDR and vulnerability management processes.
• Strengthen IT/OT segmentation, firewall rules and plant security architecture.
• Secure OEM/vendor remote access and jump-box environments.
• Collaborate with OT Engineering on PLC, HMI, SCADA and engineering workstation security.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and privileged access.
• Assist in evaluating security architecture and technology as the company grows.

Are you a hands-on cybersecurity engineer who understands that securing a manufacturing environment is very different from securing corporate IT?

The Talent Source is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed leader in the protein and nutrition space to identify an experienced IT/OT Security Engineer & Incident Response Lead to help strengthen security across its corporate, cloud and manufacturing environments.

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically while also taking the lead when a security incident occurs.

You'll serve as the internal security lead working alongside a 24×7 managed SOC, MSP, IT Infrastructure, OT Engineering, OEM vendors and business leadership—bringing the technical depth and judgment to determine what happens next when an issue is escalated.

What you’ll own:

• Lead business-hours Incident Response, coordinating containment, remediation and recovery across IT and OT environments
• Administer and optimize EDR and vulnerability management
• Strengthen IT/OT segmentation, firewall rules and plant security architecture
• Secure OEM/vendor remote access and jump-box environments
• Partner with OT Engineering around PLC, HMI, SCADA and engineering workstation security
• Support Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and privileged access
• Help evaluate security architecture and technology as the organization continues to grow
• Translate cybersecurity risk effectively across technical teams, Plant Operations and executive leadership

We’d particularly like to meet candidates with experience in:

• Manufacturing / industrial cybersecurity
• OT network segmentation and secure remote access
• PLC/HMI/SCADA environments and ISA/IEC 62443 fundamentals
• Incident Response and technical incident leadership
• EDR and vulnerability management
• Microsoft cloud and identity security
• Working effectively with managed SOC/MSP partners
