Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking an experienced Security Engineer III to safeguard our information systems and infrastructure in West Point, GA. You’ll implement and tune enterprise security technologies, support incident response, and work across Security Engineering, Network Engineering, and Security Operations to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Security Engineering, Security Planning, or Security Operations.
• 2+ years in network administration/engineering and 2+ years in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of security technologies and medium to complex computing environments.
• Hands-on experience with two or more enterprise security technologies (IPS/IDS, VPNs, firewalls, LDAP/AD).
• Strong understanding of network architecture and security dependencies across server/VM environments.
• Experience implementing security controls into operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy new security technologies with runbooks.
• Evaluate and automate security tools to protect assets and infrastructure.
• Conduct risk assessments and security architecture reviews for cost-effective security.
• Lead or assist in security reports for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor, remediate, and support audits and incident response activities.
