Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Security Engineer to probe Amazon’s services, applications, and websites to uncover security issues and report them to internal teams. You will work with Information Security and leadership to influence remediation and drive secure development across the company.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, or related security fields.
2+ years of programming in Python, Java, Go, Swift, or C++.
3+ years of experience in a penetration testing or information security role.

Responsibilities

Conducting high quality application security reviews and penetration tests independently or as part of a team
Creating detailed engagement plans and documenting findings, gaps, and remediation recommendations
Contributing to team tooling, innovation, and improvements
Communicating and collaborating with partner teams, service owners, Information Security, and senior leadership to drive resolution of findings
