Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Information Security professional to design, implement, and operate security controls and countermeasures across enterprise systems. You will configure and maintain security infrastructure, analyze systems for improvements, and ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

You will plan vulnerability assessments, participate in secure development and change management, and drive security in business processes.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically five or more years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with ITAR requirements.
• Experience in security vulnerability management, incident detection and incident response.
• Experience supporting services for internal/external clients.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 or ISO/IEC 27002 controls.
• IT security or IT auditing background with clear communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive changes in a matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of IP, TCP/IP and network protocols.
• Awareness of cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Working knowledge of ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and operate information system security controls and countermeasures.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
• Analyze security systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data across enterprises and databases.
• Plan and execute vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
• Participate in acquisition, development and change management lifecycle security.
• Analyze and recommend security controls in business processes and monitor compliance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, standards and system security plans.
• Respond to information security alerts and incidents.
• Analyze logs and reports to drive timely corrective actions.
• Automate internal controls and centralize logging and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management and user groups.
