Qualifications

• Proven encryption, RBAC, and MFA experience.
• Hands-on Linux system engineering and networking.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Programming skills in Python or Go for tooling.
• Strong communication and customer empathy.
• Self-starter with ownership of end-to-end security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a security framework across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Investigate and implement end-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit.
• Design and manage RBAC and modern authentication protocols across fleet and developer platforms.
• Establish secure, auditable remote access for engineers at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and harden networking configurations in industrial environments.
• Audit and secure IaC deployments with Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to security outages or vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to meet enterprise security and safety requirements.
