Responsibilities

• Wrangle Incident Response config across environments so Syracuse staging mirrors production.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time.
• Ship Penetration Testing features that move NVIDIA's technology roadmap forward.
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture.
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives.
• Spot and address Customer Service anti-patterns in reviews.
• Sketch the Customer Service architecture, defend it in review, then build it.
• Apply Cryptography and OWASP Top 10 to solve engineering challenges.
