Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to strengthen and expand our security and Azure environment during growth. This role is highly project-driven, focusing on building a stronger security foundation, automation, reporting, and Azure administration.

You will configure Azure security controls, support Entra ID initiatives, build automations, and create dashboards for executive visibility, while improving alerting with Microsoft Sentinel and supporting transformation work.

Qualifications

• Proven security engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure security controls, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Ability to design and implement practical automations for security workflows.
• Comfort creating reports and dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
• Self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Security Engineer to help strengthen and expand our security and Azure environment during a period of growth and acquisition. This role is highly project-driven and focused on building a stronger foundation across security, automation, reporting, and Azure administration.

What you’ll do

• Configure and manage Azure security controls, including Conditional Access and MFA
• Support security-focused Azure and Entra ID initiatives
• Build automations to streamline security workflows and incident response
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPI views for operational and executive visibility
• Help improve alerting and monitoring, including tools like Microsoft Sentinel
• Work on project-based security and infrastructure efforts as the team scales
• Support tenant rebranding and other Azure-related transformation work
