Job summary

Wordbricks, Inc. is seeking a Security Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area with 4+ years of security experience. You will own security reviews across applications and infrastructure, design data protection and access-control practices, and lead vulnerability management and incident response.

Collaboration with engineering to bake security into shipping workflows is essential. 100% remote option available.

As a Security Engineer at Wordbricks, you will own security across our products and infrastructure, from application security to how we handle customer data. Users trust us with their most sensitive data; you'll make sure that trust is earned.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering or a related role
• Strong understanding of web application and cloud security

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience securing LLM/AI systems or data pipelines
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance work
• Background in detection engineering or incident response
