The Security Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing security tools to secure, log, and monitor network traffic and access to systems and applications to prevent data loss. The role requires researching, testing, and implementing security solutions aligned with industry and organizational best practices and compliance standards. Significant hands-on technical expertise is necessary to ensure security best practices are followed and documentation is accurate and complete. The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in risk analysis, network scanning, security configuration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

The pay range begins at $39.59/hr, with offers based on education and experience.
This position is fully remote or work-from-home, with the requirement to reside in the Kansas City metro area and attend on-site meetings as scheduled.
