Job summary

Unifi Security LLC is hiring immediately for full-time security staff at airport facilities. Paid training is provided; weekly pay for hourly workers and 30 hours per week minimum for full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain credentials required per airport/state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Access Control & Screening, inspecting identifications, vehicle decals, and visitors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections including body scans, bag checks, and ETD screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities to management.
• Respond to building emergency alarms (fire, elevator entrapments, intercom alerts).
• Communicate via radios and other security equipment; follow safety and operational standards.
• Complete work safely and in line with Unifi policies; report hazards promptly.

Job Summary:

• Weekly pay for hourly employees (may vary specific to state regulations)

Job Duties:

• Access Control & Screening, which includes Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Security License Requirements:

• Licensed Security Guard Card. (preferred)

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
