Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Visitor Screening in Omaha, NE to manage access, verify credentials, and provide high-quality customer service on a tech/telecom site. You will drive on site, monitor entry points, and perform patrols while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred and helpful.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for access control tasks.
• CPR certification is preferred where available.
• Applicants must meet age requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue badges, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas to deter unauthorized activity and maintain security.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding access concerns and incidents.
