Allied Universal® seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Clearance Required at Hudson, NH. You’ll work fixed anchor shifts and have the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform, increasing earning potential while gaining hands-on experience in a leading security services organization.

You must hold a valid driver’s license, possess a DoD Top Secret clearance, be at least 18 (21 for armed roles), and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Hudson, NH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, access‑control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain required entry and departure records for a controlled aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, perimeter areas, parking locations, and other assigned areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential policy violations.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
