Job summary

A prominent security training company in Boynton Beach is seeking a Security Academy Training Director to lead the operational success of its training programs. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience in security, law enforcement, military, or training environments.
• Strong knowledge of FDACS rules and Florida Statutes Chapter 493.
• Current Florida Class 'K' Firearms Instructor License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all academy programs.
• Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of training courses.
• Serve as primary contact for students, clients, and regulatory agencies.
