Job Summary:
10+ years of IT experience with 6+ yrs of relevant experience in managing Cybersecurity delivery(s), People Care, Customer & Stakeholders relationship, project transition for global Cybersecurity service delivery.

Previous work experience managing two or more Cybersecurity delivery engagements

Ensure continuous communication and coordination with clients

Handle escalations, identify gaps, prepare action plans, and drive towards resolution

Analyze customer requirements, identify business opportunities, provide guidance, and support
Monitor delivery health, process adherence, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to maximize customer satisfaction
Ensure continuous communication and coordination with clients
Maintain positive client satisfaction and relationships
Support Delivery Manager in determining, monitoring, and reviewing project financials, operational costs, budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk
Improve efficiency, utilization, compliance, and accuracy
Assist Delivery Manager in achieving target Residual/Efficiency by planning resource allocation, tracking labor utilization, and maintaining low operating costs
Deliver transition projects and programs following recognized best practice methodologies
Conduct due diligence activities and document business activities in a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps
Act as primary point of contact for transition activities
Liaise with business lines and functions on training, recruitment, and system requirements for transition deliverables
Monitor and execute transition deliverables according to the agreed transition plan
Manage day-to-day transition project communication with stakeholders, project delivery teams, account teams, and client stakeholders
Review transition project outcomes to capture learnings and disseminate across the organization
Education qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
Certifications Needed:
Certificates in relevant fields are an added advantage
