Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and deliveries by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, visitor authorization, and access credentials; manage sign-in procedures.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, and report unauthorized access or security concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
