As a Security Coordinator – Level 3 or Level 4, your role will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.

In this job, you will:

• Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support, including processing required documentation for SAP and SCI nomination processes, preparing and administering program indoctrination and debriefings, and maintaining PERSEC databases.

• Generate and review Program Access Request (PAR) packages, ensuring completeness and required signatures.

• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures and adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs.

• Maintain liaison and good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, and employees.

Basic Qualifications – Level 3:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.

• Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application.

Basic Qualifications – Level 4:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of professional experience.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.

• Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $48,600 - $81,000. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
