Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Control Room Officer for a full-time role in Hillsboro, OR. The position pays $22.00 per hour and offers multiple schedules, including night shifts.

You will handle access control, patrols, and incident reporting while coordinating with team members and client staff to maintain safety and security at the site. Ideal candidates have a customer-service mindset, basic computer skills, and a willingness to participate in pre-employment

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.

Wage : $22.00/HR

Available Schedules :

1) Saturday - Tuesday 10pm-6am

2) Saturday - Wednesday 6am-2pm

3) Day/Swing Shift Flex

4) Swing/Grave Shift Flex

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.

• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

• Standard computer / technology skills needed.

• Customer service background preferred.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!

• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.

• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.

• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
