Job summary

Join Securitas Security in Hillsboro, OR as a Responder Security Officer. This full-time role offers evening and weekend shifts with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform access control, conduct patrols, resolve conflicts, and report safety issues while interacting with client staff and guests in a professional manner. Join a team focused on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• 6 months prior Security experience preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and alertness during shifts.
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and escalation.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).

Available Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm
• Friday/Saturday 3pm-11pm, Sunday/Monday 2pm-10pm
• Friday/Saturday 7am-3pm, Sunday/Monday 6am-2pm

What You Can Expect
