Job summary

The Amatriot Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Security Specialist to join a Special Access Program (SAP) security program. You will assess IS security controls and RMF requirements to ensure effective safeguards for sensitive information and systems.

As part of the role, you will advise key stakeholders, prepare SARs/POA&Ms, and support authorization decisions across collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• 3+ years in SAP/SCI/Collateral Information Systems security and regulatory implementation.
• Prior performance in ISSO/ISSM or SCA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment of IS security controls to ensure effectiveness.
• Assess SAP, SCI, and SAP environment vulnerabilities and recommend actions.
• Advise ISO/IDO/PSO/DAO/AO on assessment and authorization issues.
• Evaluate Authorization packages and provide recommendations.
• Prepare SARs and POA&Ms per RMF/JSIG guidance.
• Represent the customer on inspection teams.
• Support government compliance inspections and security incident responses.
