ACESGroup is a leading national security provider delivering scalable, technology-enabled security services across venues and facilities. We seek a Security Contract Manager to oversee client relationships, manage frontline teams, ensure safe and compliant contract delivery, and drive continuous improvement in service performance.

You will lead multi-site operations, coordinate rostering and staff development, and leverage our integrated platforms to improve reporting and operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of management experience leading security teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Strong rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning capabilities.
• Experience overseeing security operations across multiple sites and events.
• Comfort with technology platforms and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
• Lead and mentor security teams across sites and events.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery of contracts and high performance.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and operational coordination.
• Provide after-hours support and handle operational issues as needed.
• Utilize security platforms to enhance reporting and visibility.
