Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a part-time security professional for the Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam in Anderson, IN. The role involves a 3rd shift, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Typical duties include monitoring access, maintaining order, and responding promptly to emergencies in accordance with community protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior security, law enforcement, or similar experience preferred.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience
• Ensures the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for our residents and team members
• Supports staff during emergency situations, responding promptly and following Community protocol

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or similar preferred
• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
