Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to lead the team, set strategy, and ensure effective execution across the security compliance function.

Reporting to the CISO, this role oversees PCI DSS, SOX, and privacy programs, plus third-party risk and risk management, delivering clear insights to executives and the Board while maintaining audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in information security, risk, or compliance with people-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise in SOX, privacy regulations, and third-party risk management; strong PCI DSS knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead teams, scale enterprise compliance programs, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Security Compliance function with high-quality execution across programs.
• Govern enterprise security compliance framework and ensure alignment with regulatory standards (PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, CPRA, SOX).
• Oversee PCI, SOX, and privacy programs ensuring audit readiness and effective controls.
• Lead Third-Party Risk Management with scalable, risk-based processes.
• Drive enterprise cybersecurity risk management with clear accountability and executive visibility.
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Internal Audit, and business teams to embed security into operations.
• Own audit and regulatory engagement as primary liaison with Internal Audit.
• Provide actionable reporting to executives and the Board on risk and compliance.
