Leap is a fast-growing benefits solutions company reshaping specialty pharmacy for employers and patients. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Security & Compliance to lead the program, set direction, and own audits and certifications.

You will build a robust security program, work with Engineering on our GCP and data stack, and manage external security partners, while representing Leap with client and partner security teams.

Formación

• 7+ years in healthcare information security, governance/risk/compliance (GRC), or IT audit.
• Direct ownership of at least one full SOC 2 Type II audit cycle.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST; audit- and GRC-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HITRUST certification from kickoff through completion, including gap assessment and remediation.
• Own SOC 2 Type II end-to-end responsibilities and closing gaps.
• Maintain HIPAA security and privacy controls, core policies, and BAAs.
