Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a Security Compliance Analyst to support security compliance operations across the organization. You will work with the Security Compliance Specialist and partners across IT, Risk, Legal, and auditors to promote compliance, maintain documentation, and remediate gaps.

Responsibilities include configuring settings in Microsoft Security Suite, managing third-party risk reviews, and tracking remediation and evidence for MAR/ERM controls. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Information Security Compliance, IT Audit or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization including end users, technical personnel, and management.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM preferred, or ability to obtain within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and execution of security compliance operations across the organization.
• Configure and maintain compliance settings within the Microsoft Security Suite and document controls.
• Research requirements, monitor security controls, and remediate compliance gaps.
• Gather evidence, track remediation, and prepare audit responses with stakeholders and auditors.
• Maintain vendor risk assessments, attend to SOC reports and attestations, and document outcomes.
