Job summary

Gfoat is seeking an experienced information security professional to assure regulatory compliance and manage risk across city information systems. You will baseline and monitor systems, analyze risk, and coordinate breach response planning and simulations using a range of tools.

The role requires keeping up with HIPAA, PCI, and other standards, plus hands-on work with Windows and Linux security, with external penetration and social engineering testing oversight as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field with additional cybersecurity experience.
• Job-related security certification required. Examples: SANS GSEC, CISSP, Security+, or CEH.

• Baseline systems and monitor system changes
• Analyze applications, networks, and systems for cybersecurity risk
