Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Assurance Analyst to support its Risk and Compliance team in responding to client security, privacy, and compliance inquiries. You will work with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate responses, maintain content, and participate in client assurance discussions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in client assurance, risk and compliance, security assessments, third-party risk, privacy, or related RFI/RFP response work.
• Experience developing responses to client questionnaires, due diligence requests, security assessments, or similar documentation.
• Familiarity with information security and privacy concepts (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) or similar standards.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to research complex topics, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
