Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. seeks a Client Assurance Analyst to support its Risk and Compliance team in responding to client security, privacy, and compliance inquiries.

You will develop accurate responses, maintain supporting content, and participate in client assurance discussions, with security assessments representing a significant portion of the work. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to research

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in client assurance, risk/compliance, security assessments, third‑party risk, privacy, or related RFI/RFP work.
• Experience developing responses to client questionnaires, due diligence requests, security assessments, or similar documentation.
• Working knowledge of information security and privacy concepts, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or similar standards.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to research complex topics, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience and demonstrated skills may substitute.
