Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a senior reverse engineering engineer in the Washington, DC area to deconstruct compiled software and firmware, map interfaces, and drive actionable engineering outcomes. The role requires 5+ years of experience in low-level analysis, proficiency with IDA Pro/Ghidra/Binary Ninja, and hands-on work with embedded interfaces like UART/JTAG/SWD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Engineering, CS, EE or Physics.
• 5+ years in reverse engineering, binary/firmware analysis or malware analysis.
• Experience with disassemblers and debuggers (IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja; WinDbg/gdb/ll db).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; assembly knowledge (x86/x64, ARM).
• Experience with embedded systems and interfaces (UART/JTAG/SWD; SPI/I2C) and telemetry logs.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer compiled software/firmware to understand behavior and system interfaces.
• Develop and maintain tooling/scripts (primarily Python and C/C++) to automate analysis and validate hypotheses.
• Design lightweight test/instrumentation software to control assets and collect telemetry.
• Document findings in technical reports with diagrams, evidence and next steps.
• Collaborate with EW, RF/DSP, embedded and test engineers to translate results into decisions.
