Job summary

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Mid-Senior UI/UX Developer to bridge design and front-end engineering for critical DoD projects. You will lead research, translate insights into prototypes, and implement UI solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Location is on-site in Chantilly, VA; TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with collaboration across Product and Engineering teams to deliver accessible, scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with agency-specific polygraph required for consideration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (equivalent years)

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Build, maintain, and implement front-end features using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and intuitive interactions across products.
