Responsibilities

Plan, write, edit, and coordinate the production of simple to moderately complex technical documents, procedures and other print and electronic media.
Format documents, organize content, write/edit text, and provide instructions for final reproduction.
Collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, and staff during publication.
Review document requirements with customers and guide timely completion.
Suggest formatting, graphics, and document processing support as needed.
Edit to standards and ensure logical structure.
Monitor progress and escalate schedule risks to supervisor.
Maintain electronic file management and configuration control.
Suggest process improvements and workflow enhancements.
