Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Systems Integrator to coordinate cross-functional activities, align technical solutions with business needs, and drive seamless project execution. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a background in systems integration or program management.

You will partner with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage interfaces, dependencies, and risk while ensuring deliverables meet organizational objectives and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
• 3–8 years of experience in systems integration, project coordination, program management, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and manage interdependencies between projects, systems, and business functions.
• Facilitate alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
• Support system implementation, migration, and transition activities.
• Ensure project deliverables are integrated into operational environments with minimal disruption.
