Oak Leaf Solutions in Hanover, MD is seeking a Level 1 Software Engineer (SWE) with an active TS/SCI clearance and a full-scope polygraph to join our development team. You will build GUIs and dashboards, deploy in AWS, automate workflows, and integrate Al/ML into our tooling, delivering secure, scalable solutions.

You should have strong software fundamentals, hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks, plus familiarity with AWS core services, CI/CD, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph required.
• 7 years SWE experience in similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Four additional SWE years may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GUIs and dashboards; deploy in AWS.
• Collaborate across the software lifecycle and write clean, tested code.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML models into systems; monitor workflow performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud security best practices.
