Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking an Engineering and Solution Architecture Support in San Antonio, TX. You will provide technical expertise bridging architecture and engineering to project teams and ensure that designs are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, translating requirements into designs, maintaining documentation, and evaluating new technologies to guide architecture decisions. A strong IA M background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• USA Citizenship required.
• Active Secret or higher Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years of progressive experience in related area.
• Background in Identity, Credentials and Access management (IA M) in enterprise systems.
• Understanding LDAP/LDAPS for integrating third-party applications.
• Experience managing or migrating identities across heterogeneous environments and metadata cleanup.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to communicate client needs with architectural and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth flow of information.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with solution architects.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design patterns.
• Research technologies and evaluate their potential use, providing feedback to the architecture team.
