Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Intel Sector in Fort Meade. You will prototype, develop, and deploy tools in collaboration with data scientists and mission analysts, integrating solutions into the customer’s architecture.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience and an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Proficiency with Jupyter, Java MapReduce, Python PySpark, Jira/Confluence/GitLab, and agile methods is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus eleven (11) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required for consideration.
• Experience with data science, ML, AI, and LLM tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists and mission analysts to solve problems.
• Integrate tools into customer’s corporate architecture and workflows.
