Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.
• Doctoral Degree in Psychology or comparable area.
• Minimum five years of professional research experience as a psychologist.
• Experience supporting IC or DoD research elements and program development.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in human behavior and the application of psychological principles to security and insider threat.
• Development, maintenance, and delivery of science-based behavior assessments with integrity.
• Lead behavioral science research projects from development to reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.
