Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a program manager.
• Experience managing Cost Plus awards.
• Ability to manage expectations and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Experience with classified information handling and IC protocols.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer’s mission, constraints, and goals; align execution accordingly.
• Serve as onsite primary Point of Contact and direct program administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.
• Submit status reports with metrics and manage project plans.
• Maintain project records, traceability, and action items.
• Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
