Job summary

Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos Owned Company, seeks a Python Developer to join a security-focused team delivering scalable software for US government missions. Proficient in Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux, you will work in an Agile Scrum environment and collaborate with data sources and partners.

Candidates must have a TS/SCI or be clearable, a technical degree, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with TS/SCI or clearable.
• Four years of experience in a Python or Golang development role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in scripting (Python, shell scripting).
• Expertise with Docker and container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Proficiency in software development in Python or Golang.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum development team.
• Database administration/development experience with PostgreSQL or similar; networking protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTPS, TLS).
• Self-starter, intelligent, proactive, and driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain the deployed application.
• Onboard and manage new users.
• Actively search for and screen new data sources and technologies to meet program demands.
• Serve as primary point of contact for current and future data sources/technical partners.
• Set up technical exchange meetings and gather/catalogue data information; understand security restrictions and access requirements.
