Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Project Scheduler in the Huntsville area to provide scheduling services for construction, design/build, and architecture projects. This role requires understanding all phases of design and construction to develop and review schedules and integrated master schedules.

The Project Scheduler will perform time impact analyses, monitor schedule variances, and support cost impact input. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with duties coordinating and integrating schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or other relevant field.
• TEN (10) or more years of scheduling or building construction project experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project or Suretrak.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Develop project management plans and WBS with activity coding.
• Perform time impact analysis and track changes affecting the schedule.
• Provide input on cost impact and mitigation strategies for schedule issues.
• Coordinate schedule info from vendors with GC/master program schedule.
• Prepare planning documents and milestones including changes and TIAs.
