Job summary

You will lead process improvements with RMF guidance, collaborate with Scrum teams, and leverage JIRA/Confluence to decompose requirements into Epics and tasks, while ensuring compliance and measurable metrics.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of RMF and its application to risk-based approvals.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile teams and coaching teams.
• Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for decomposing requirements into Epics and tasks.
• Nice to have experience creating JIRA dashboards for program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities to shift from a manual system security evaluation and authorization process to an automated, streamlined model.
• Define, implement, and maintain business processes to meet objectives.
• Analyze opportunities for business process improvements and drive continuous enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers and developers to integrate new and existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards and best practices.
