Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) seeks a Power Platform SME/Architect to support JWAC in Dahlgren, VA. Onsite role requiring active TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will translate mission requirements into secure, scalable Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, documenting, and supporting custom applications, dashboards, and automated workflows in a secure DoD setting, with emphasis on

Qualifications

Demonstrated advanced-level experience architecting, developing, deploying, and sustaining Power Platform solutions in a government environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate cloud & desktop, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Fx, and DAX.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with authorized enterprise data sources and disparate systems.
Experience designing secure, scalable, high-performance solutions in a controlled or secure environment.
Experience developing technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, troubleshooting materials, training content, and leadership briefings.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical advisor and SME for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related capabilities.
Bridge mission requirements and technical execution by gathering requirements and recommending secure architectures.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for mission needs.
Connect apps to authorized data sources and implement complex business logic with Power Fx.
Create, manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate flows.
Develop advanced data models and write complex DAX queries for Power BI.
Create secure, high-performance dashboards aggregating multiple data sources for leadership.
Apply governance, security, testing, deployment, and sustainment practices across the lifecycle.
Prepare solution design documents and technical deliverables aligned with schedules.
